1. Free training services
According to customer needs, we will send service engineers to go to the mining site for free training. The training content includes the operation of the equipment and daily maintenance. At the same time, the service staff will also track the commissioning of the equipment and maintain the equipment for the first time to ensure that the equipment is used normally. We can provide round-clock services with payment.

2. Parts supply

We have parts warehouse in Peru, Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, the Philippines, Zambia, etc, so we can provide parts quickly. We also provide the consignment parts warehouse service for strategic cooperation customers.

3.Warranty period

We provide long warranty period for all of our machines. 24 months or 6000 working hours which come first after commissioning.
